Annie Holland was introduced by well-known poet, writer and event’s organiser Gill McEvoy and an extract from the book was read. Annie, who has been reading her story to children around the county says, ‘This book has been a lovely experience. The story is timeless and the look on the faces of some of the children has been magical.
Stella the Stork and The Queen from the Land of Snow was launched at LINGHAMS BOOK SHOP in Heswall on Saturday 30th November 2013. A group of children listened enthralled as Annie Holland read them extracts from the latest adventure of Stella the Stork. Annie gave them picture post cards of Stella and her friends and the children went away delighted.
